We are proud to announce that The Carolyn C. Mattingly Award for Mental Health Reporting will open for entries on January 18 and close on March 16, 2018.
Established to honor excellence in mental health reporting, the award carries a $10,000 prize and is a partnership with the National Press Foundation. It was founded in 2014 by the Luv u Project.
The award is open to any U.S.-based journalist at a U.S.-based news organization, including print, broadcast and online journalists and recognizes exemplary journalism that illuminates and advances the understanding of mental health issues and treatments for the illness.
