We are delighted to share the full manuscript of our work regarding workplace mental health, which was published this spring in the Journal of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (JOEM). This key initiative of The Luv u Project is an alliance with The Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHBSPH). As the oldest school of public health in the world and the only one with a stand-alone department of mental health, we are proud to be aligned with this extraordinary institution.

The document cites the motivation, justification, and recommendations of our expert Advisory Council.

We are grateful to M. Daniele Fallin, PhD, Ron Z. Goetzel, PhD and Enid Chung Roemer, PhD who guided this process and to the members of the Advisory Council, who generously and passionately participated in both the Summit and the writing of this publication.

In the near future, we will be announcing the next steps as we begin to execute these recommendations and further ensure our mission through new, quantifiable actions.
